The focus of my practice is treating adults experiencing general anxiety, social anxiety, panic attacks, depression, OCD and ADHD. I am passionate about advocating for and collaborating with clients to achieve their fullest potential. I use a holistic treatment approach that is evidenced based and supports best practice for the treatment of anxiety, depression, OCD and ADHD.
Collaboration is key to successful outcomes. I will work clients to develop their individual plan of care goals for treatment using various therapies, including medication therapy.
My goal is to help clients manage their anxiety, depression, OCD and ADHD symptoms well enough that symptoms no longer interfere with daily life. Treatment options may include medication therapy, talk therapy, skills training to build useful coping strategies to manage symptoms, as well as FML and ESA when appropriate....
