Accepting new clients! I provide evaluations and medication management services for clients aged 15 and above. My practice covers a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders (including Bipolar), sleep disorders, addictions, PTSD, and dysfunctional personality traits. In my practice, I have several areas of special interest. I specialize in helping clients gradually taper off benzodiazepines, tailoring the process to their individual comfort and needs. I also prioritize assisting individuals in managing insomnia primarily through therapy, aiming to minimize the reliance on medications.
Moreover, I am dedicated to helping people explore non-pharmacological approaches to address their challenges. Additionally, I offer guidance to those clients who wish to reconcile their mental health treatment with their spirituality or religion.
It's important to note that, while I support clients in the process of tapering off benzodiazepines, I do not prescribe them for long-term use
