I offer brief psychodynamic therapy, Mindfulness-based therapy, supplementation, plant-based medicine, non-addictive standard psychiatric med management, and nutritional guidance for optimizing brain health & mood. I also offer OMT (hands-on therapy) to help balance the nervous system, increase circulation, and promote optimal health of your body systems.
