Brent Menninger is a Medical Doctor who has been practicing since 1993. He is a member of the American Psychiatric Association. Dr. Menninger believes in a holistic approach to psychiatric care, which includes treating the body and the mind, by using the basics of good health.
The basics of good health are exercise, sleep, and diet. A healthy mind resides inside a healthy body. His main areas of focus are anxiety and depressive disorders but does also treat a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including mood disorders, attention and focus disorders, and sleep disorders.
In his spare time, Brent enjoys staying active outdoors by mountain or trail bicycling.
