I am the founder of Stay Healthy! I'm a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioner. As a dual certified nurse practitioner I understand the complexity of mental health, wellness, health promotion, and the effects of stress and chronic illness.
