I have been working in the field of psychiatry for over 20 years. I enjoy working with my clients to help improve their lives. I am holistic and believe that everything about you is a part of your puzzle. We will work together to form specific plans and goals to meet your needs, i.e., medication management, therapy, or alternative treatments, etc. I work with ages 5 and up. We take insurances and are working to expand our insurers. It is important that everyone have access to services. We see patients in person in Bryan, TX. I am licensed in TX/CO/NM/WA.
Why telepsychiatry? Let me explain. The clinical office is intimidating. It is far more personal to enter someone's home, than someone's office space. I allow you into my home, as I enter yours. We create the professional space to develop our working relationship. When you are relaxed, we work better together to accomplish your goal.
I am a mother of 2 grown children, who now have children of their own. They call me "Una", since I am not quite ready for "grandma." I run on my treadmill at lunch every day to clear my mind. So, if I don't answer a call, I'm not ignoring you. I'm practicing what I preach; self-care! I like to travel, practice gardening (I'm no expert), and laugh - a lot!
