EMDRX

EMDRX an extended (X) trauma therapy program - delivered via tele-health. This maximizes the potential for relief of symptoms and transformative change. Extended sessions are offered in 1.5 hour, 2 hour, or 3 hour increments for a total of 12- 15 hours of treatment. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is client driven- a client may halt the process at any time. An ideal client is one with experience in therapy, with a good support system, and who is motivated for change. EMDR incorporates phenomenon related to neurobiology and attachment.
