I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with over 11 years of experience licensed to practice in the state of Arizona. I completed my master's degree at the University of Vermont and began practicing as a psychiatric nurse practitioner in Arizona in 2012. I have since practiced in various locations and settings throughout the state. I have experience across the spectrum of mental health disorders with particular clinical interests in the treatment of depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, and anxiety.
My goal as a provider is to support, engage, and promote good mental health and personal wellbeing by working together to meet individual goals in healing and wellness. My passion is for holistic person-centered treatment and for individualized treatment planning utilizing medication management, therapy, and lifestyle change/modification.
When I am not at work I am with my fiancé and our daughter enjoying family time together! I also love hiking, taking in the natural beauty of Arizona, gardening and practicing yoga in my living room.
