We specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of mental health disorders in children, adolescents and adults from age on 5 years up to age of 70 years old. We help to manage their emotional and behavioral difficulties so they can live happy and healthy lives. We work closely with other healthcare providers such as psychologists, social workers, pediatricians and internists to ensure that our clients receives the most comprehensive care possible.
We conduct a comprehensive evaluation to determine the nature of our clients' difficulties. This will involve interviews with the client and collateral sources and in the case of a child will involve interviews with the parents, caregivers and may include psychological testing and a review of medical and educational records. We then develop a treatment plan
We are able to effectively communicate with young people and we build trust and rapport with our clients and make them comfortable discussing their thoughts and feelings. We work with families, helping them to understand the family member's diagnosis and treatment plan and support them to navigate the challenges of dealing with mental health difficulties.
