Hello, I’m Melissa K Bethany, DNP, PMHNP-BC. At Azurite Services, we offer psychiatric medication management, psychotherapy, addiction medication management with combined psychotherapy, medically managed weight loss programs, and hydromassage therapy. Our practice consists of two psychiatric nurse practitioners and two therapists. We offer regular scheduled appointments, same day appointments via telemedicine or in-person, crisis intervention counseling, walk-in appointments, and home visits for shut ins as well.
