We are a small group practice providing mental health services, including assessments, medication management, and individual, family, and group psychotherapy. Our diverse team is trained to treat a wide range of challenges including depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, anxiety, trauma, neurodevelopmental disorders, personality disorders, self-harm, substance use, grief, and relational/family conflict. I completed my doctoral education in 2021 culminating in a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree. I have also obtained Master’s and Bachelor’s level degrees in psychology/forensic psychology and have worked previously as a counselor. As a PMHNP, I have worked in a variety of settings including inpatient, outpatient, virtual telemedicine, corrections, IOP, ACT, long term care, and administration.
