I offer services for young children who don't qualify for medication management through play therapy starting from 4 years of age. I like to raise awareness for mental health issues and break the stigma because it’s “ok not to be ok”. Psychological problems can affect anyone and when one family member has a mental health problem like “anxiety” or a “mood disorder”, it affects everyone.

I am a dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner in Psychiatry and Mental Health as well as Family Practice. I graduated in 2000 with a Master’s of Science in Nursing from University of San Diego and in 2019 with a postgraduate degree in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Western Kentucky University. I have a subspecialty in Latino health and am bilingual in Spanish and bicultural in the Latino lifestyle. My training and experiences have led to a passionate pursuit of partnering with individuals and families to restore optimal mental health.
