Hi! I am so happy you are here! I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I take a Functional + Integrative + Holistic + Evidence-Based approach to Mental Wellness. The mind & body are interconnected, therefore, I see the whole-person, not just the symptoms. It is my passion to educate, empower, and support women & adolescents (ages 14 and up) in their journey to optimal mental wellness.
What you can expect: I will conduct a comprehensive assessment, a thorough history, labs & possibly more in-depth testing to assist in getting to the root of what is effecting your mental wellness. Combining the best of conventional & complementary therapies, & medication when needed, I will ensure a comprehensive treatment plan tailored just for you.
