Hello and welcome! I'm guessing you're here because the road of life is feeling pretty bumpy these days and it's left you feeling uncertain, anxious or sad. As a board certified psychiatrist, I offer individual diagnosis, psychotherapy & thoughtful, evidence based medication management when indicated. Treatment will be tailored to your individual needs & may include just therapy, just medications or a combination of both depending on your preference. Basically, whatever helps you get "unstuck" is what we'll do!
My approach is the same as I would want for my own family; authentic, interactive and supportive with a dash of humor and always guided by evidence based best practices.
