My professional journey began in the United States Navy as a Hospital Corpsman. After my service, I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Arizona State University. I have worked as a mental health nurse caring for children and adolescents and in neurology and trauma departments. These experiences fueled my passion and led me to pursue a Doctorate in Nursing at the University of Arizona for my Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse degree.
