We are a team of Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners & Counselors specializing in Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, and Weight Management. Currently seeing clients via Telehealth across Washington State for adults 18 years and up, through psychological test, CBT, motivational interviewing, strength based individualized therapy with the basis of holistic approach!
We will work to help you engage in activities that give meaning and purpose in life while having positive relationships with others.
