I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I provide medication management and mental health care for adults struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, ADHD, eating disorders, relationship issues and adjustment to life changes. I have worked with patients from diverse backgrounds and with a variety of mental health challenges. I help to identify goals and a treatment plan to address each individual's needs. I have prescriptive authority and follow evidence-based practice.
I provide psychiatric assessment and follow up. I offer medication management, coping skills and trauma informed care in a non-judgmental, compassionate and confidential environment. I believe in a holistic treatment approach and am interested in a focus on lifestyle, nutrition, exercise, healthy relationships, coping skills and brief therapy.
I focus on your well being and safety, as well as provide honesty and accuracy in diagnosis and assessment. I understand that starting on the path toward mental health treatment can bring up many emotions.
