My therapy approaches are using Internal Family Systems Therapy and Sand Tray Therapy. Let me help you feel better on the inside.
Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) provides healing and harmony through connections made by your true Self to your parts that hold injured thoughts, feelings, and beliefs. IFS helps with couples find the space and capacity to choose a response rather than simply react to it. I also use Sand tray therapy as another way to get to know your parts.
I understand seeking help can feel vulnerable and my approach is to move at your pace to find your inner compassion, courage, calm, clarity, creativity and connectedness.
