As a board certified psychiatric NP, my goal is to deliver the best possible care by advocating for my patients and promoting a positive atmosphere. I offer a unique perspective on medication management and psychotherapy and provide holistic care with evidence-based practice to improve patient outcomes, whether that’s assisting with lifestyle changes or medication management. Mental health treatment is not "one size fits all" so we will work at your pace towards your goals. I believe every person has innate strengths and abilities that help them to achieve their goals and I work to help you maximize those strengths and abilities.
I have over 20 years of experience providing care while in military & civilian roles. During my first master's degree in nursing, I trained as a crisis counselor and became a SAFE-EMDR therapist, & Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). I am now the Director of our Dementia Support Program and Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP).
