As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner I am committed to using a holistic approach to help my clients improve both their emotional and physical health. Life is busy and I am an expert at offering quality mental health services remotely through telehealth platforms so that my clients can integrate my services into their daily rhythms. I enjoy working with clients over the age of 12 and have a special interest in working with adults with anxiety and ADHD. I want my clients to be actively involved in every aspect of their care and enjoy incorporating supportive therapy into medication management sessions.
I believe the most important tool in psychiatry is the relationship between client and provider. I want to be a resource to help people feel empowered to take control over their mental health treatment. I take the time to get to know my clients so I can understand the context of their issues and better understand what is important to them and what they need.
I believe that health and medicine are equal parts mind and body. I want to help clients understand treatment options and lifestyle choices that can improve their overall health and wellbeing.
