Hello and welcome to my profile! I have a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Columbia University in Psychiatry and am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). I have extensive experience working with adolescents and adults in multiple settings facing various complex mental health issues, including ADHD, trauma, depression, anxiety disorders, insomnia, bipolar, and psychotic-spectrum disorders. I take a holistic approach to psychiatry and work to help with burn out and stress to best assist individuals to flourish in their daily lives.
I approach each patient as a unique individual and tailor the patient's care accordingly. I am passionate about providing quality, compassionate and comprehensive services to my patients. My patients will know that they have been heard and understood without judgment.
