Although I enjoy helping both men and women to become the best version of themselves, I especially find purpose in helping young women and the LGBQ+ population. I employ a non-judgmental and holistic approach, focusing on all areas of ones life. My medication recommendations are up to date with the newest available treatment options. I feel especially comfortable in treating ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD, depression, and anxiety. I also utilize a trauma informed approach, and will walk with you through this darkness.
