Dr. Rosario Hidalgo is a board certified psychiatrist with expertise in the diagnosis and psychopharmacological treatment of mood and anxiety disorders in adult patients. She received her medical degree from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1991 and completed psychiatry training in 1996. She subsequently completed her general psychiatry residency and fellowship in psychopharmacology at Duke University in 2005. Dr. Hidalgo sees patients that prefer to be seen in a private setting without using their insurance and with direct contact with a physician/psychiatrist. This allows privacy and quality of care.

She received her doctorate from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee. Dr. Jones-Bourne completed her adult psychiatry training at Columbia University. She is currently an Instructor of Clinical Psychiatry at Columbia University Medical Center and a Public Psychiatry Fellow at New York State Psychiatric Institute. She is board certified in Adult Psychiatry.
