Youth Wellness Group
Youth wellness group is a small group format of up to six members. The group will focus on issues unique to teen experience such as friendships and social media, dating, coping skills and other topics the group identifies. Group begins in late January.

LGBTQ Dbt!
Welcome to LGBTQ DBT! The focus of this group is to build a space for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning adults to learn and practice mindfulness and emotional management skills. Creativity is encouraged as we will talk out, draw out, write out, and even act out stressors and ways to minimize their impact.
