Young Women's Empowerment Group

Offering a virtual young women's empowerment group focused on building upon existing strengths, strategies for enhancing peer and family relationships, understanding the importance of developing a strong sense of identity; building confidence and learning how to cope with anxiety, stress and depression during challenging times or times of transition. Open to young women ages 16-20. $30 per session for 8 weeks beginning in early December.
