This men’s process group is for young adults (20s-30s) experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-confidence and feelings of loneliness. Recurring themes also include romantic stressors, difficult family dynamics, trauma, substance use, managing work stress/professional burnout, establishing appropriate boundaries, developing supportive friendships and navigating complex interpersonal relationships. Within this safe and non-judgmental environment, clients receive tangible feedback on ways to challenge negative core-beliefs and replace shaming/critical inner dialogues with more compassionate narratives. Access to diverse perspectives helps members increase self-awareness, improve insight, develop healthier coping strategies, and expand their support network.
