Women's trauma group

A safe and supportive space for women who have experienced trauma to come together, share their stories and embark on a journey of healing and empowerment. Our group offers a confidential and nuturing environment where women can come connect with others who understand their experiences, gain valuable coping skills and find hope for the future. Weekly topics include: understanding trauma and how it affects the body, breathing, somatic/mind/body connection tools, writing through trauma, parts work, inner child, empowerment and connection with others.
