Womens Substance Abuse Support
Explore in a safe judgment free environment with your peers if you have a substance problem. National Institute on Health reports alcohol consumption has increased 60% during Covid in the United States. Women tend to wear so many hats and it has been especially tough. Having had children home attending school virtually, caring for families, while trying to work! The mommy wine culture has increased significantly! This group is designed to evaluate in a safe non-judge mental space how much alcohol is causing problems. Consider allowing peers to support you in reducing or eliminating alcohol for a time.

Parent Support Group
Having a child no matter the age who has an addiction is difficult to talk about with friends. Sharing the intimate details of what you experience as a parent when your child is out of control brings up tremendous feelings of sadness, grief, and possibly even failure. Shame and blame are not helpful when it comes to substance use/abuse. Compassion and empathy can be difficult emotions to harness when the household is in chaos. This is an amazing group of parents pleas allow us to support you!
