These groups for women are held in peaceful and stunningly beautiful outdoor locations. Groups range in length from 1 day to 3 day retreats, to a yearlong women's circle. "Girls Rock!" a group for Teen Girls
This group will support girls in building a solid foundation to navigate the joys and challenges of adolescence, as well as serve as a safe container for a Rite of Passage into young adulthood. Girls will learn and practice a variety of skills, including mindfulness, that will ground and guide them. The group will also meet periodically in outdoor settings. Through discovering their own inner nature and the natural world, girls will cultivate a deep relationship to themselves and to eachother. This group will offer a place for fun and discovery that is safe and real.
