Women's Infertility Support Group
This 8-week group provides a supportive and open space for women to safely explore and express the physical, emotional, and psychological costs of infertility. Individuals will be given the space to unload and mourn, learn coping skills to deal with stress, learn relaxation and mindfulness techniques to reduce anxiety and sadness, and gather resources for infertility and pregnancy loss such as acupuncture, nutrition, yoga, etc. Modalities utilized are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and yoga/mindfulness therapeutic interventions.
