Come process emotion through movement and music. Some directive processing, some purely freestyle and expressive to a variety of music genres. Not a technique class, but an exercise in identifying emotions and allowing the body to express them however they present themselves. We discuss between exercises, sharing individual insights and experiences.

Group members will find empathy and understanding from others who experience indescribable interactions with an individual who causes self doubt, drama, verbal abusive, manipulation, deception, betrayal, more. We support you in finding ways to build back you own identity, experience peace, create boundaries and healing.
