Women's Group-Must register in advance
This group is designed to assist women in addressing the unique issues that are relevant to women. Topics often include: Achieving balance between self and others, managing family/career; self-esteem, stress-management, intimacy, body image. Whether you're coping with a health issue or trying to change your life, there's nothing like sharing stories/ experiences with others on the same path. Members benefit from each other's experience, wisdom & resources. Through membership in the group, people begin to realize the universality of many human problems & struggles. The realization that we are not alone is a hugely healing experience.

Embracing Life (At All Ages) A Women's Group
Loss is inevitable but being alone with your feelings is not. In a circle of love and support, we will look back through our lives, celebrate our resilience, our successes, and make room for grieving that which we've lost or never had. We will laugh together.
