Women's group (monthly)

Temporarily suspended due to COVID 19: This group meets monthly on average and is geared towards those with somatic-based healing modalities like Core Energetics and/or work done at Shalom Mountain Retreat Center: Personal development and somatic-based healing rooted in a spiritual (non-religious) context. Grounded in a variety of methods and disciplines including Gestalt, Psychodrama, Mythology, Core Energetics, Energy-awareness and Somatic-based Trauma Healing.
