This regular gathering will delve into topics such as relationships, romantic encounters, familial dynamics, friendships, dependency issues, handling conflicts, coping with trauma, navigating life changes, and fostering closeness. This group takes place outdoors in serene nature.

Type 1 Diabetes Support Group
It can be tough to navigate relationships, health, stress, and work, while (quite literally) batting the highs and lows of T1D. This group was created for those struggling to cope with T1D, and are seeking confidence and tools to cope with burnout and stress related to their chronic illness. This 18+ group meets virtually on Tuesdays from 6 p.m. - 7:15 p.m. Cost per session is $80.
