Women's Body Image Support Group (Telehealth)

This group will be facilitated by Holly Kirth, LMFT to ensure a safe environment. The goal is to provide a mindful space for clients to explore and improve their body image, self-image, and self-esteem. Format: A psycho-education topic on body image will be presented. Clients will journal individually about the subject for 10-15 minutes. After, clients will be invited to discuss thoughts/feelings around their experience and invite support. Clients must reside in CA. Clients must have a video consultation with Holly before joining. $40/session (some insurances covered; sliding scale available for group).
