This is a small (up to 10 participants), confidential virtual (zoom) group specifically tailored to support and empower women who are healing from sexual trauma. You will be able to connect with other survivors, share your story, learn coping skills, and gain better understanding about trauma and trauma responses. The group is process oriented, and we often use poetry, quotes, and visual arts as entry points for discussion and reflection.
