Consider changing your relationship with alcohol? Seeking a group of women to create a safe and supportive community to begin exploring your relationship with alcohol together. Explore paths to "recovery" through introduction to over 15 approaches to changing alcohol use. This is not an abstinence based group and "recovery" is to be defined by each individual. Anxi A Tea
Welcome to my small group starting on 2/25/2024! Join me and your fellow anxiety prone peers for a cup of tea (decaf) while we discuss anxiety! We will be exploring solution focused approaches to coping and managing symptoms of anxiety. From the physical to the mental symptoms, utilizing an eclectic approach to symptom management, including the "relaxed muscle body" approach, change your relationship with anxiety by improved coping. This is a 4 week group with 2 hour weekly sessions. This group is limited to 8 participants.
