Weekly process group

The members of my ongoing groups meet together weekly for an hour and a half to delve more deeply into understanding themselves. Because each member experiences the other members similarly to the ways they experience people from their outside lives, group provides a powerful format for present-moment emotional understanding about their internal experiences and relationship patterns. This heightened awareness then provides the opportunity for change, and the group meetings become a place to learn and practice new ways of being and relating.
