Virtual Men's Anger "Management" Therapy Group
Telehealth groups Only at this time. Having difficulty controlling your emotions? Do you yell and loose control of what you say to your loved ones? Do you loose it during traffic? Have racing thoughts and unable to shut off the negative emotions? It is an epidemic. It is passed down from parent to child. It doesn't have to be that way. We will look at causes, coping strategies and support for those who see themselves in hopeless situations. Groups are small so it makes for a more interactive experience. Currently accepting new clients. An individual intake session is required prior to starting group.

Men's Process Group: Church HURT group
Forming a group early February 2024. Limited spaces available. It will be a support/ process group for adult men who have left or considering leaving a church / organization that may be legalistic or abusive/ caused harm. This can be one of the most lonely and confusing times in your life. Group will focus on creating healthy boundaries, addressing shame/ guilt, finding mutual support / accountability with other men who have shared experiences with (LDS, JW, Protestant).
