Parent and Adult/Adolescent Child Family Therapy
Introducing an empowering family therapy program led by Lauren Laguna, LCSW, designed to strengthen the bonds between parent and child. Sessions are for adult children or adolescent children and their parents. Each 90-minute session provides time to address core relational issues and cultivate essential skills. Over the course of 3-6 sessions, both parent and child will have the opportunity to express themselves and be heard. Together, we will improve communication, respect boundaries, and nurture a deeper connection. The parent-child relationship is unique, and our goal is to transcend blame, criticism, and shame by fostering understanding and empathy.
