Virtual OCD Grief Group
Many believe grief is only associated with the death of a loved one. In reality, grief can relate to any loss. The OCD Grief Group looks at the 5 stages of grief and explores how these stages manifest themselves in individuals struggling with OCD. This therapist-led, 8-week session gives participants an opportunity to process the grief related to OCD and receive encouragement from those who share similar losses. The therapist and members examine the risk factors of the various stages and discuss healthy coping skills to transition to acceptance and healing.
