UnPerfect Parenting: For Parents of Teens
UnPerfect Parenting classes for parents of adolescents are your bridge from feeling distanced by your teen's challenging behavior to discovering a confidence in parenting. Classes meet ONLINE every Wednesday from 7 pm to 8 pm. This is an open class consisting of 6 sessions. The class costs $50/week or $250 if you register for all 6 sessions. Call now to learn more!

Process Group (for teens in therapy)
Process groups are dynamic and enriching therapeutic experiences, allowing teens to connect with peers, gain valuable insights, and develop essential skills in a supportive group setting. This group meets every other week on Sunday afternoons and is an adjunct to individual therapy or a great step-down process from weekly individual therapy. Open to those already in our practice or being seen by other therapists.
