Adults Dealing with Emotionally Immature Parents
This group is offered both in-person and in telehealth settings to those 18+ in age. We use psychoeducation to learn what an emotionally immature parent is, how they impact our development and relationships growing up and as adults, and how to start setting boundaries around their behaviors while also dealing with the shame that often comes with living with this type of parent.
