Let's Connect (925) 966-3298
Join us on 4/27/24 from 9:30-11:00am to learn about the psychological impacts of balancing different value systems, acculturative stress, and exploring our identities. Goals of this workshop include providing a framework for understanding how our layered identities (race, religion, gender, eastern vs. western ideals, etc.) influence our psychology, relationships, and communication. Learn about skills to cope with stress, anxiety, shame, and guilt.
