Tween Topics
In this 6 session group we teach kids ages 10-13 skills to help them to: Manage social media, Develop healthy relationships, Build self esteem, Deal with bullying, Regulate emotions Communicate more effectively. With social media being a main form of communication, "tweens" face cyber bullying, comparing their lives to others and dealing with the risk of stumbling into an unsafe situation online. This group will provide a space for them to open up about their struggles and will provide them the skills navigate social media in a safe way.

Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE) Developed at the Yale Child Study Center,our main objective is to help parents promote their children’s self-esteem and develop sustainable coping techniques. This program is exclusively designed for parents, we focus on positive and systematic changes in parental behavior and child-parent interaction patterns that help the child manage their anxiety symptoms. We’ll be there for you every step of the way to provide guidance and support. Based on evidence-based parenting skills that effectively address childhood anxiety without the child needing to attend counseling. Parents can be seen in a group or individually.
