Tuesday Night Men's Group (online)
I facilitate a Tuesday night online men's therapy/support group that meets every other week from 6:30-8:30 pm. Topics include: relationships (including with self), healing from loss, trauma, family, divorce, mental health concerns, etc. I'm careful to put the right mix of people together in each of my groups. Ongoing group; members stay in as long as it is helpful. LGBTQ friendly. We also meet in-person a few times per year for optional Saturday retreats.
