In personal/professional lives, inspired by voices & history/ culture of Celtic, Slavic/Polish & many Western/Eastern traditions, participants will use arts, philosophy, science, psychology, mythology and traditional folk wisdom, learning to navigate today's confusing world as intelligent, confident, compassionate, creative & strong leaders. Topics—Personal responsibility, individuation, true freedom, integrating skills/talents, intelligence & experience into leadership. Examining traditional cultural virtues in modern context. Personality Typology (MBTI) for fully utilizing mind, values, intuition, body towards more confident life engagement. Dealing with difficult people & situations with strong & honest communication. Understanding chronic conflicts’, scapegoating, social manipulation’s personal/ social roots. Peace-making, reconciliation.

Adult Group - Finding Meaning in the Second Half
The group will provide a Jungian and Archetypal Psychology based personal growth environment for adults interested in building a meaningful life. We will also explore contemporary issues, music, art, philosophy, spirituality, dreamwork, communication, leadership, small group process, and how myths apply to modern people. Both women's and men's psychology will be explored. Most insurance covers group. The leader brings over ten years direct clinical and personal experience with Jungian/Archetypal psychology and nearly twenty years of group leadership. Group leader is currently studying for PhD. in Jungian/Depth Psychology and has 12 years clinical experience with Jungian and Archetypal Psychology.

Polish Film Festival and Discussion Group
This non-psychotherapy film discussion and appreciation group features Polish cinema, animations and documentaries from past and present. Drop-in group meets one Saturday or Sunday per month (TBA). Topics include reintegrating Polish and Slavic ethnic identity, pride, artistic practices and traditions into one's life into one's self-image toward healthy self-esteem. Also, Jungian Shadow work and consciousness raising of trans-generational trauma among Europeans, and among "White" and multi-ethnic Americans, Events are catered with delicious Polish food.
