Trim-Life

This is a small group (6 or less) that meets for 4 weeks 2.5 hours per session. The group is designed to assist folks who have had no success with diets, but know for their health and sanity they must alter their relationship with food. I teach self hypnosis to re-establish awareness of the body and to establish a habit of eating for physical nourishment rather than eating for emotional reasons . CD's, book and workbook are provided to continue the process after the group is finished. the goup fee is $540.00/ for the complete package
