Trauma-Informed Anger Management Group

This is Telehealth PTSD/Trauma Group is for military, veterans and first responders looking for a safe place for healing trauma and relationships. I am a military veteran and former first responder and also recovering from PTSD so understand the affects of PTSD on life and relationships. Focus of the group is on relationships, anger management strategies, coping skills, emotional intelligence and processing triggers that escalate into 'amydala hijacking' or fight, flight or freeze responses. This group also includes beach volleyball, stand up paddle boarding, sky diving, deep-sea fishing, archery and other activities to help facilitate group treatment.
