Trauma Group (New group forming)

This is a group for people dealing with the effects of long term trauma from early relationships that may have been aggravated by more specific traumatic life experiences in the intervening years such as abusive relationships, sexual assault, exposure to violence, etc. The group is open to all genders, colors and sexual orientations. Focus is on here and now feelings and recognizing how past trauma is affecting current life circumstances.
